Mounting the Durandal Version Pixhawk

Stick the 4 pieces of adhesive pads to the bottom of the Durandal.

Mount the FC in the center of the upper plate with the arrow pointing to the front and so that the motor signal wires will reach the slots in at the rear of the FC.

Note: we recommend labeling the motor signal wires 1-4, they will plug into the "Main Out" slots 1-4 .

The receiver signal wire plugs into the "RC IN" slot on the far right. The brown (or black) wire goes towards the top.

GPS Antenna Mast Assembly

Put a small amount of superglue on one end of the shaft and insert it into the round upper antenna piece.

Slide the locking thread cap down as shown. Then glue the end end piece in place.

Secure the lower end of the arm to lower mounting plate. Place a piece of adhisive pad on the top of the mast.

Mount the mast to the top plate using any screw available. Here we use two of the rear screws that hold one of the folding arms.

NOTE: Make sure the arrow on the GPS antenna and the Durandal Pixhawk point in the direction (to the front).

Connect one of the 6-wire leads to the Power Module.

Use a ziptie to secure the power module to the top plate as shown and plug the 6-wire lead into "Power 1" or Power 2" slot.

We receommend mounting it on the opposite side from the GPS antenna mast.

Plug the GPS antenna lead into the "GPS Module" slot.

Mounting the Telemetry Radio

Plug one end of a 6-wire lead into one of the modules.

put one piece of adhesive pad on the bottom side of the module.

Mount the telemetry radio and plug the other end of the 6-wire lead into the slot labeled "Telem1".

Mount the Battery Plate to the upper stand offs.

Note: You may need to adjust the slots to get the wholes to line up.

Install Battery Strap.
